We decorated this condo in a tastefully selected style with upgraded 
furnishings and artwork.  You will not find the usual "Florida 
Rental Home" furniture and wall art.  Enjoy a comfortable
and tastefully decorated condominium that offers 
relaxing views of the Wildlife preserve from the Lanai and views of 
lake from the cul-de-sac.  This pristine condo is located in a quiet 
cul-de-sac by the lake.  The lake offers wonderful views of the 
local bird population (especially in the evenings). 

Adults only. This Condo is not child friendly.   

Note: Non-Smoker Condo: No Smoking allowed in the condo, garage, or 
lanai. This policy is strictly controlled.

Small dogs up to 20 pounds only with owner approval.  Dog must be 
completely housebroken and non destructive. Please keep in travel 
kennel when leaving the condo without your pet.  Please pick up 
after your pet at all times; pet droppings create health issues and 
are very unsightly. This policy is strictly controlled. 

Our condo is fully furnished and tastefully decorated to offer 
all the comforts of home away from home.  From the coffee maker to 
the flat panel TV, washer and dryer, dishes and linens, towels and 
beach towels; it is all in place and ready for your enjoyment. 

The one car garage holds two Specialized bicycles for your 
enjoyment and the added benefit of "exercising" your body. 

Visit the Grand Vista pool reserved for Grand Vista residents or 
take laps in the junior Olympic size pool at the Riverwood Club 
Center. 

Riverwood Golf & Country Club strives to be unique among Southwest 
Florida communities and it succeeds on several counts. First, the 
Gene Bates-designed golf course is rated by Golf Digest with an 
impressive four-and-1/2 stars, and second, its Golf Learning Center 
provides ample opportunity and resources to learn while you play.

Riverwood also offers a Beach Club on a membership basis. Private 
parking for 28 vehicles is available. The Beach Club is a 5,500-sq.-
ft., cabana-style, wooden structure housing showers, restrooms, 
commercial ice machine, chilled drinking water fountain, baby-
changing facility, office area and storage. 
The huge covered deck, complete with towering palm tree feature, has 
built-in seating, ceiling fans and plenty of space for dancing and 
entertaining. Charcoal grills are also provided, along with picnic 
tables. 

An elevated wooden walkway leads directly to the beach, with sand 
chairs and loungers being provided by the attendant. Access is 
controlled through membership card operated gates, with coded entry 
systems protecting the internal facilities.  This option is

let us know if you are interested in this option. Otherwise we 
recommend Englewood 
Beach, located just next door to the Riverwood Beach Club. 

Don't want to golf or swim or play tennis? You are within a short 
drive of Charlotte Harbor and Fishermen's Village in Punta Gorda; 
Shopping and Marinas in Sarasota and Naples; and Coconut Pointe Mall 
(openend in 2007!)located on U.S 41 between Corkscrew Road and 
Coconut Road in Estero, Florida: best shopping and dining only a 
short drive away. 

On site Activity Center has shuffle board, Bocce Ball, and Golf 
Croquet. Many other planned activities offered (Yoga, Pilates, 
Aerobics).
Riverwood Golf and Country Club is surrounded by wetland preserves 
and was designed by award-winning golf course architect Gene Bates 
(Couples-Bates Golf Design). The course earned 4 1/2 stars in the 
Golf Digest Places to Play (2002).
And, when you're ready to leave the golf course, visit Babcock 
Wilderness Adventures or Fisherman's Village on the amazing 
Charlotte Harbor. Or, shop at Port Charlotte Town Center or spend 
the day at one of the Charlotte County Beaches. Charlotte County 
Parks & Recreations offers 65 parks and recreational facilities!
