Southwest International Airport.

Our home offers vaulted cathedral ceilings with ceiling 
fans in all rooms, a king size bed in the master bedroom, a king size
bed in the second bedroom and a full size sofa bed in the den.
The master bedroom has a walk in closet.


The galley style kitchen is well equipped with every appliance and 
all equipment needed to prepare a wonderful gourmet meal. There are 
two windows in the kitchen that let in outdoor light 
throughout the day. The kitchen also has a table 
that seats four. A full size washer and dryer are located in a 
hallway closet near the second bedroom.


The large living room/great room has vaulted ceilings and very 
comforable  
furniture connecting to a 22 x 10 foot tiled lanai which over looks 
the lake on the nineth hole of Spring Run's golf course. The lanai 
has a table and four chairs along with a chaise, chair and end table.


All rooms are carpeted except bathrooms.


All linens are provided.

Beach chairs, beach umbrella, rafts and beach towels are waiting for 
you also.

We also have his and her bicycles ready for your use.

winning master planned community by the Bonita Bay Group. It is

exercise facilities, bike and walking paths,clubhouse with lounge 
and restaurant. 

If you like to shop then you must visit Miromar Outlets, located 
about 10 minutes from the Brooks. Coconut Point Mall as well as Gulf 
Coast Mall will be completed within the year. Both malls are very 
close to the Brooks. Sanibel and Captiva islands also 
have wonderful shops as well as the finest beaches. 

Bonita Springs has many excellent restaurants and lounges within 
minutes of The Brooks. The excellent night life and culture of 
neighboring Naples is only a short drive away.
