A $65.00 cleanup fee and a $100.00 refundable security deposit are 
required with each stay. Rates are subject to Florida sales tax. 

Small pets are allowed only with prior approval.  Pet fees apply ... 
$10 per day for 1 pet, $15 per day for 2 pets or $50.00 per week for 
1 pet, $75 per week for 2 pets.  An additional $50 per pet will be 
added to the refundable $100 security/damage deposit.   

We accept personal checks, money orders, Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.

** Deposit required to secure the rental (will be returned after 
cleanup).  The rental fee and cleanup fee are due two weeks prior to 
arrival.
