The Victoria Palms consists of only 80 units in a quaint and tropical
setting. At the Victoria Palms you will discover many features
normally reserved for custom-built homes. Extreme care has been taken
in every detail for your home away from home.  

Your unit has a very private setting, nice spacious balcony / patio
and is tastefully appointed. The bedroom has a queen bed and ample
closet space.
The living room has TV, DVD, CD Player, Radio, Desk,
Comfortable Leather Sofa, Dining Area (seats 4), ceiling fans 
throughout. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave,
stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, stainless steel sink,
cookware, dishes, silverware and kitchen utensils.

All new furniture throughout; unit completely renovated in 2006.

Located only a few minutes from the charming downtown area, the City
Marina and numerous fine restaurants. One block away is the Pinellas
trail - a 34 mile long recreational trail for bike riding,
rollerblading or walking. Bring your bicycle or bicycle rentals are

Beaches
Honeymoon Island State Park: voted one of the best state parks in the
U.S. it features pristine beaches and nature trails; approx. 10
minutes away (you can actually go there by bicycle)

Clearwater Beach: famous large sandy beach with plenty of water
activities, restaurant, bars and shops along the beach; approx. 10
minutes away

Cultural and other Activities
Tampa Bay is home to an abundance of other recreational and cultural
activities such as Busch Gardens Theme Park, Tampa Bay Aquarium, Dali
Museum St Petersburg, Ybor City, just to name a few. 

Also, Orlandos Theme Parks are only 1 1/2 hours away.

Upon request we can arrange pick-up and transfers from Orlando and
Tampa International Airports as well as tickets to Sea World and Busch
Gardens.
