This is the second home for the owners who often enjoy it for
themselves, their kids and their grandchildren. It's not only
beautifully decorated and furnished with updates, but it feels like a
real home, not just a typical "vacation rental".  Stay here and you'll
sing it's ocean praises.
 
Off the first floor foyer, walk into a spacious living room/dining
room with a fabulous view of the ocean, only steps away from your own
private back door to the beach.  Enjoy the Cable TV, VHS, DVD and CD
players. Feel free to sip a cocktail from the Wet bar while relaxing
out on the
spacious ocean front lanai which you can enjoy glassed in or wide
open.  Roll over 
in the morning from the Master Bedroom Suite
to take in the sun rise.  By day, catch up on the internet with a new
computer 
for your use with high speed connection.  Each guest room has it's own
bath with 
tub and shower.  One has two twins with and the other has two twins
plus a crib...just
in case you need it.  The large eat-in kitchen has all the amenities
you'd expect.  Plus, a washer/dryer, games, beach toys and
chairs, a grill, all towels, linens and more.  Sleeps six but with a
couple air mattresses for the little ones (plus the crib!), can
comfortably sleep nine.  It's all here ... a real home waiting for
you.

Enjoy long beach walks.  Mostly beautiful sandy beach, but plenty 
of shells and shark teeth to find.  Very private.

higher rates, let us know and we'll help you find the right 
courses. 
Deep sea fishing charters nearby, plus wonderful hiking in the 
nature preserves.  
Shop 'till you drop and enjoy the "locals" dining to fine dining.

                                         
April - September rate = $2000 per week
   Monthly = $5000
October - March rate = $1700 per week
   Monthly = $4500
Add - 9% FL Tax plus $125 for departure clean
Holidays = Thanksgiving Christmas, New Years and Gator bowl = add $200
to rate.

Open to monthly and long term rentals.
