Road.  We are within walking distance of the beautiful Sunset 
beach, and across the street from the intercoastal waterway.

The condo, with brand new furnishings, has one bedroom with queen 
bed, and walk-in closet, so plenty of space! The bathroom has the 
benefit of tub/shower.  The kitchen is awesome, maple cabinets with 
black granite counter-tops, and stainless steel appliances.  The 
lounge has TV/DVD/VCR. Two sofas, one is a full sleeper, and dining 
area with table and four chairs. This condo has the added luxury of 
a lovely back yard - complete with your very own palm tree, and 
cobble-stone patio, ideal for those alfresco meals, or evening 
drinks in the moonlight.
We also have central heat/air. Onsite laundry facility. Hurricane-
proof windows', so, sound-proof too!
The condo has a no-smoking policy, and no pets are allowed.

minutes walk to our nearest park, complete with boat launch and BBQ

All rates are subject to 12% Tax.

Cleaning fee : $80.00

Payment can be made by Paypal, check or money order.

Rates include all utilities except long distance phone calls.

Security/reservation deposit required $300. This will be refunded 
after 1 week, providing there is no damage, theft or excessive 
cleaning required.

Cancellation: full deposit will be returned less $50 if cancelled at 
least 30 days' prior to arrival.

Occupancy : The unit may only be occupied by no more than the 
maximum number of persons indicated.  Student groups are not 
permitted. Students unaccompanied by a parent are not permitted.  
Any bookings made under false pretense will forfeit all monies paid, 
and will have their reservation cancelled.

All bookings are confirmed with the understanding that you comply 
with the rules set down by the homeowner association.
