May – November -- Off Season: 
$1,600.00 per month (Plus Florida 11.5% tax - $184.00)

☼ Required to secure reservation and refundable upon inspection at 
time of departure, less any damages. 

☼ IMPORTANT:  The $500 deposit reserves the unit for you and other 
potential renters will be turned away.  If you cancel this 
reservation and we are unable to rent it again for that period, this 
deposit will be forfeited!!

Departure Cleaning:   
$100.00 - Non-refundable & due at check-in.

Condo Association Processing: 
$50.00 - Non-refundable impact fee must be paid upon arrival to the 
onsite Landings of Largo manager in order to receive a parking 
permit.
