cabanas and amazing sunsets. It is in a residential neighborhood 
with multi million dollar homes on either side.

The condo has been completely remodeled and features 1 bedroom & 1 
full bath with all new furniture and bedding.  There is a gorgeous 
new shower w/ designer tiles and tempered glass enclosure. The condo 
includes fresh towels, linens & basic toiletries. It has a tropical 
Tommy Bahama décor with warm earth tones and rich fabrics. The 
bedroom has a Queen size bed, nightstands, dresser w/ TV, spacious 
closet w/ mirrored doors and large windows with a terrific gulf 
view. The living room has a large comfy sectional w/ full size sleep 
sofa to relax in and large entertainment center with huge TV & 
cable. Remember to bring your favorite movies and music to enjoy on 
the DVD, Stereo & CD player. There are even books and games to play.

There is a fully equipped kitchen including a breakfast bar that 
seats 4, new sink & disposal, ceramic & plastic dishes, glasses, 
cookware and utensils. Appliances include a brand new stainless 
steel full-size refrigerator w/ filtered water and smooth top range. 
There is a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker & blender. 
Everything you need to make a gourmet meal or bake a cake for a 
special occasion is there for you to use. 

The building is only a mile to restaurants, beach bars, 
entertainment and lots of tourist attractions--you don't even need a 
car--just jump on the Trolley that picks up out front and tours you 
all over Clearwater Beach! This location is ideal, you can relax at 
the pool drinking a cocktail looking straight at the beach or walk 
right on to the beach and enjoy the water and silky sand--without 
all the crowds. 

There is a full GYM with new treadmills, stair climbers, weights, 
TV's and windows looking out at the beach so you can enjoy the gulf 
even during your workout. There is a computer room to hook up your  
laptop or use their computers just in case you have to do some work. 

Near the condo there is a laundry room for your use at no 
charge. The building has been remodeled and the exterior is painted 
in warm golden tones with balcony's having glass enclosures.  The 
entrance foyer is gorgeous with a Miami Art Deco Motif & white 
marble floors.  The community is gated with 24 hour security and 
there is lots of open private parking at the condo.  It is a great 
spot for families, couples, singles and anyone just needing to get 
away and have a great vacation.  

There is so much to do in Clearwater Beach! You can relax at the 
pool, swim laps or just play in the water, sunbath in the lounge 
chairs or sit under the covered cabanas and read your favorite book 
all the while enjoying the gorgious beach and gulf right in front of 
you. There is a huge stretch of white sand beach in front of the 
condo so you will have no problem finding your perfect spot in the 
sand. The Gulf Water is so calm and warm you will have go for a swim 
or just float around and soak up the sun. 

You can be adventurous and take a speedboat ride in the gulf, party 
and dance at the beach bars or enjoy a sunset dinner.  Families will 
have a great time at Pier 60 in the heart of Clearwater Beach every 
night at sunset. It is the place to be with lots of artisans, 
musicians, entertainers, concerts & shows to keep the crowds 
cheering and laughing. There is parasailing on the beach, speed boat 
rides, adventure/nature cruises, sailboat rides, dinner cruises & 
pirate ship rides(for the kids) and much more just waiting for you. 
I always find there is so much to do and not enough time so you just 
have to come back for another great vacation in Paradise!
