east of Seaside, Florida. Built in 2005 and fully furnished with 
pieces from Pottery Barn, Thomasville and Riverside. 

The villa is located just 100 yards to your private beach access and 
the  on site heated swimming pool. Relax on your huge private 
screened-in porch. This hideaway is nestled Between Seaside and 
Rosemary Beach.

full bath.

Magnolia By The Sea offers a heated swimming pool along with deeded 
beach access located just 100 yards from the villa! 

The following quality products are featured in the home: Nine foot 
smooth ceilings throughout, Kohler fixtures throughout, hardwood 
floors in the great room, kitchen, and bedrooms, tile in all the 
bath's, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the 
kitchen, bead board in the bathrooms.  Exterior showers to wash the 
sand off before you enter the home. The exterior is made of Hardi 
Plank. This is a cement board that has the appearance of wood.
