Rental Rates:
Jan-May..........$ 800/wk or $1800/month
Jun-Aug..........$1150/wk (no monthly rentals)
Sep-Dec..........$ 800/wk or $1600/month
Nightly rates available in off-season for 2 night minimum......$ 125/night  


Add:  9% in Taxes
      $75 Cleaning fee
      $300 Refundable Security Deposit - weekly rentals
      $500 Refundable Security Deposit - monthly rentals
          Deposit is paid at the time of booking and refundable upon 
inspection of the unit and return of keys.  For refund of deposit on 
weekly reservation, cancellations must be made at least 30 days 
prior to your arrival date.  For refund of deposit on reservations 
longer than 1 month, cancellations must be made at least 60 days 
prior to your arrival date.  

Smoking is NOT allowed in the unit, or on the balcony.
Pets are NOT allowed (owner and owner's children have allergies).
Maximum occupancy limited to 6 people. 

Check in between 2PM and 4PM.  Check out by 10 AM.  Property manager 
will process rental agreement, check in, check out and approved 
refund of security deposit.
