Our property is an excellent value with its proximity to great 
shopping, restaurants and the beach!!  

Bonita Beach is within 6 miles! There is ample free, public beach 
access. Also close to Captiva/Sanibel Island, Ft.Myers Beach, and 
Vanderbilt Beach in Naples.  

Naples is a short drive south on 41 for more great shopping on 5th 
Ave and fine dining at many of the great restaurants. Miromar 
Outlets are just north on 41 in Ft. Myers.  Fabulous deals can be 
found at the flea market just around the corner from the condo 
(and the dog track)!  

Newly remodeled YMCA is right across the street.  Night life is not 
far in Bonita Springs, Naples and Ft. Myers.  Sunset cruises, 
regular or deep sea fishing, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, golf, 
visiting the zoos or nature centers, or just wanting to see a 
fabulous evening sunset are just a short distance from this great 
property!!
