Experience Florida like the locals! Apollo Beach is a quiet 
waterfront community near Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, and 
Orlando. 

Our non-smoking home has water views from almost every room. 
Sunbathe, fish, or just sit and relax by the pool or just enjoy our 
screened in lanai over looking the water. The saltwater canal is 
minutes from the open bay. We are within walking distance of the 
community park with a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, 
vollyball, soccer field and running track. 

There is not a dock at this home.

The master bedroom has a King-size bed, walk in closet, private 
bath, and a private entrance to the pool area. Bedroom two has a 
Queen bed with a view of the water and a private entrance to the 
pool. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and views of the water and 
the fourth room has a full size bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. 

We provide linens, towels, beach towels, pool toys, folding chairs, 
a selection of books, puzzles, and games for you to enjoy.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dish soap, dishwashing 
detergent, and hand soap, and coffee filters. We provide basic paper 
products to get you by (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper 
plates, coffee filters, and such) along with laundry detergent, dish 
detergent, and a few cleaning products.

We have a big screen TV with cable and lots of current DVDs for you 
to view.  High-Speed internet access and local  and long distance 
(US & Canada) phone service is provided.  There is also a washer and 
a dryer.

This is a non-smoking home. 

We are located just a few minutes from I-75, 10 minutes to the local 
bay beaches, 30 minutes from Busch Gardens, and one hour from 
Orlando. 
Shopping, movies, and a large selection of restaurants are just 15 
minutes away. If you choose to stay local you can find fabulous food 
and atmosphere at Circles our favorite waterfront indoor/outdoor 
dining spot.

Tennis, Basketball, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, 
Shopping, Restaurants, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming,

$300 refundable security/damage deposit.

Personal checks, money orders, bank checks and credit cards accepted.

Rates are based on 8 guests. Half of rent is due at time of 
reservation and is non-refundable. The remaining rent due, cleaning 
fee and damage/security deposit are due two weeks prior to your 
stay. The damage/security deposit is returned 14 days after your 
stay.
