This beautiful vacation home is located in SW Cape Coral (Rose Garden), close to shopping and 
entertainment, yet private enough to relax and enjoy your vacation.

Vacation Rental Amenities
The house has three bedrooms.  The master has a king size bed, the guestrooms have queen size beds. 
There are two baths for your convenience.  The living and dining areas have a open floor plan with 
views of the Pool and Canal. The Kitchen is completely equipped and will satisfy all your needs: 
stove/oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. There are plenty of bed 
linens, towels, a hair dryer. There is also a washer and dryer in the house for your use.

Activities and Attractions
The world-renown romantic Sanibel Island, Estero Beach and Captiva Island as well as Fort Myers 
Beach with its beautiful sand and many more islands are within a short time's reach both by boat and 
by car. Cape Coral and Fort Myers offer a big variety of Shopping Malls and Entertainment. There is 
a Casino Boat Cruise that leaves daily from Ft. Meyers Beach and if you like there is a daily cruise 
to Key West. The options are limitless. Spring training Baseball, The Henry Ford 
& Thomas Edison Estates and Everglades all within reach. Sports Fans will love this area. There are 
plenty of Golf Courses, Fishing and Water sports opportunities available.

Price Low season: $780/week plus 11% Tax for 6 guests 
Price High season: $990/week plus 11% Tax for 6 guests 
$500 refundable damage deposit and $130 cleaning fee
Price includes: electricity up to $25/week
