open from the greatroom, master bedroom, and dining area.  
Pets are allowed with a small returnable deposit. (With no noted 
damages.) No smoking, only outdoors please.  Master bedroom has a 
queensize bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a fullsize bed.  All newly 
painted and furnished.  A great centrally located and quiet area.

This lovely home is located within 25 to 45 minutes from Fort Myers 
Beach, Florida, Estero Beach, Florida, Pine Island, Florida and 
Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Florida. You can golf, play tennis, 
fish and enjoy the beautiful beaches which are close by. The home is also 
located minutes away from the Cape Coral Yacht Club; and, if you 
have a boat, you can dock it behind the home in the canal and get into the 
Gulf of Mexico in about 45 minutes or less. The home has sailboat 
access (no bridges) into the Gulf of Mexico. 

$800.00 per week from May thru October. $1000.00 per week from 
November thru April. Damage deposit of $500.00 and a $100.00 cleaning fee. 
There is Florida tax due in the amout of 11% on the rent which is paid.
