Our home is situated on a peaceful residential area called the 
Heather just outside Spring Hill a mile northbound on US19 from the  
intersection of US50.The area is surrounded by woodland,lakes and 
grassland which includes a 9 hole golfcourse all within walking 
distance.
The property features four bedrooms of which two are en-suite and 
have direct access to the pool area,three have double beds and one 
has two single beds.There is a large open plan living,dining and 
kitchen area with patio doors leading to the pool area.The flooring 
in the bedrooms and halls is laminate with carpet in the living room 
area.
Bed linen,wash towels,all cooking utensils and appliances are 
provided.
The Florida room and pool(12ft x 24ft) has a lanai with table and 
chairs.Sun loungers are provided,the pool is electrically heated.
