dollar private homes. Directly across from Summerhouse are the 
intracoastal waterway, historic Fort Matanzas and more quiet, 
secluded beaches.
  Unit #331 is a lovely, recently redecorated first-floor condo that 
features a large living room with a queen sleeper sofa, dining area, 
a fully-equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom 
offers a king sized bed and views of the grounds and pool. The 
second bedroom offers matching twin beds. Walk right out the sliding 
screen door, across the beautifully manicured grounds to a heated 
pool, or walk just a bit farther across the boardwalk right to the 
ocean. Crescent Beach is wide, white, soft and stunningly beautiful.

truly some of the loveliest weeks in Florida.
  
Sales tax is 6% and tourist tax is 3%
Monthly rates INCLUDE $80.00 cleaning fee.

The reservation deposit is $300.00. Fifty dollars ($50.00) of the 
reservation fee is non-refundable. The rest of the reservation 
deposit ($250) will be applied to your rental. Thirty days prior to 
arrival all fees are due Otherwise the reservation is cancelled and 
the reservation deposit is forfeited At check-in, a credit card 
number will be required to be used in the event of damage to the 
rental unit.
