Imagine spending your next vacation in a luxurious home perched high 
on a dune overlooking the Atlantic ocean! Beach Music is the place: 
a fabulous 3800 square foot home built on one of the highest dunes 
in the area, affording long ocean views and wonderful cooling 
breezes.  Designed for families who want the best in terms of 
amenities, decor, comfort, and convenience, Beach Music will please 
the most discriminating vacationer!  We can accomodate up to 14 
guests in comfort! 

The primary living area is on the second floor. On this level is a 
huge living dining kitchen area with four sets of oversized sliding 
doors opening onto the deck and dune walkover beyond. The living area 
boasts beautiful and comfortable wicker couches and chairs, a 
television armoire, a wet bar, and a beautiful 8 foot teak dining 
table. The floors are covered in pretty and practical porcelain 
tiles, while huge walls of windows and doors bring the outside in.  

The kitchen has recently been totally remodeled. It is now huge, with 
new cabinets, top quality appliances, and granite counters. Setting 
it off is a 5 X 9 foot granite covered island. The living-dining-
kitchen area is one large open space, providing A gracious area for 
living and entertaining, as well as unbelievable ocean views.

The master suite is a delightful retreat, occupying one entire wing 
of the second floor. It contains a king size bed, a sitting area by 
the ocean, a television armoire, and a large private bath with 
separate shower and soaking tub. 

On the other end of the house is another bedroom suite, with a queen 
bed and television armoire. This bedroom shares a bath with a 
bedroom/study, which is equipped with a comfortable daybed with a 
pullout trundle. All bedrooms are carpeted and supplied with high 
quality linens, mattresses, and pillows.

The second floor deck runs the length of the house and is equipped 
with a large dining table and several comfortable chairs. A shower 
at one end is useful for washing off the sand after returning from 
the beach, and the dune walkover has a special seat that is a 
perfect spot to watch the sunrise over the spectacular Atlantic. We 
supply several beach chairs and some beach toys for your convenience 
and enjoyment.

The lower level of Beach Music is a world unto itself! A double 
garage, full bath and large laundry handle the chores of the day.... 
while the other rooms are designed for rest and play! In the center 
is a huge game room, complete with a bar and beverage refrigerator, a 
large sofa, television armoire, and a regulation size pool table. 

Just outside the game room, tucked under the dune, is a screened 
porch, a perfect place to be outside and away from the sun while 
listening to the sounds of the ocean. A stairway connects the porch 
to the dune walkover above. 

Three additional bedrooms complete the lower level of Beach Music. 
The “green room” has a queen bed, a wonderful chaise lounge, 
and a large television, as well as a 7 X 15 attached nursery with 
full size crib. The cozy “blue room” also has a queen bed and often 
proves to be visitors’ favorite! Finally, the bunkroom offers a great 
children’s getaway. Equipped with a three level bunk bed, a generous 
play space, a game table, and a television/VCR, the room is designed 
to keep little ones very happy on our few rainy days!

Quiet Season: September 8, 2007 - February 29, 2008
1-6 guests: $3000 per week; $100 weekly for each additional guest
1-6 guests: $ 550 per night; $25 nightly for each additional guest

Shoulder Season: March 1 - May 23, 2008:
1-14 guests $4000 per week
No daily rates available; weekly rentals Saturday - Saturday  

Peak Season: May 24- August 15, 2008:
1-14 guests $5000 per week

$200 cleaning fee added for rentals less than 4 nights
4 night minimum Fl-Ga weekend
 
$500 up-charge for the following weeks:
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, July 4th
    
Please note the following conditions and rules:

1. No cleaning fees for rentals of 4 nights or more if you agree to some very basic chores; ask manager for 
details
3. Sales and tourist tax of 9% are added to the above rates
4. Security deposit and 1/2 rent required to reserve the house; 
   balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival
5. Children up to 2 years in cribs are free
6. Pets will be considered on an individual basis; additional deposit 
   and $300 pet fee per pet required. 
7. Smoking in the house is not permitted. Violation will result in 
   forfeiture of deposit
8. Check in time is 3:00 PM; check out time is 10AM.
9. The owners reserve the right to enter the house or to change the 
   rates without prior notice. Always check with the owners regarding 
   the rate prior to booking.
10. Maximum 14 guests; maximum 4 cars; no boats or RVs allowed
11. No weddings, receptions, college groups, or parties.
