First time as a rental unit. A beautifully refurbished and decorated 
house directly on the Gulf of Mexico. There is nothing between 
you and the blue gulf but sparkling sand.  This home is located 
directly on the ground, no steps.  Walk out your door to the beach.  
There is no one on top of you and sunlight on all four sides.  This 
home is a great bargain.  You will have to pay twice the price, or 
more, for the same privacy & comfort for almost any other home on 
the beach.  For a quiet place to hang out and watch the sunset but 
still close to great restaurants and shopping this is the ideal 
place.  

Master bedroom with king size bed; second bedroom with full size bed 
and living/dining room with queen size couch/hidabed. There are four 
other couches in the living room area for quiet time or to sit and 
read a book.   This little house can sleep 4 to 6 in comfort.  All 
rooms have a direct gulf view. You can wake up and see and hear the 
waves.  Have a cool drink in the evening and watch the sunset over 
the gulf just outside your door.  Pictures do not do the unit

The unit is fully furnished, all dishes, glasswear and silverware, 
microwave, full kitchen applicances, telephone with free nation-wide 
long distance and and DHL connection.  Central air, cable TV(2), 
DVD/VCR, stereo, washer and dryer.  All linens furnished.  High 
speed internet connection for those of you who can not leave the 
wired world behind but you have to bring your own laptop.

on site: swimming in the warm gulf waters, walking on the miles of 
sparkling white and powder soft sandy beaches, fishing from the 
waters edge and just relazing with a cool drink and a good book.  
You can watch the sunset from every room in the house.  Deep sea 
fishing, wave runners, and sailing are only 
minutes away on Clearwater Beach to the North, John's Pass and St. 
Pete Beach to the South.  Great restaurants are only minutes away in 
all directions.  Major fun in downtown St.Petersburg with some of 
the best antique shops in the South along Central Avenue.  Don't 
miss the St. Pete pier and the Dahli Museum.
