Driftwood Place is your home-away-from-home vacation rental for the 
perfect vacation in the Florida sun.  We are located in the Naples 
Florida area, close to Barefoot Beach State Park in beautiful Bonita 
Springs.

We are located in the security of the gated community of Brendan 
Cove.   The home is on a canal of the Imperial River, and offers 
Gulf access for the sport boat enthusiast or fisherman.

This single family home features an enclosed lanai and pool area.  
The Master bedroom and Living Room open to the lanai, and a private 
dock on the Imperial River provides a place for your boat with 
access to the Gulf of Mexico.  The Master bedroom also features a 
fully tiled bath.  

The former 3rd bedroom serves as an office away from the office, and 
the fully equipped kitchen allows you to eat breakfast, prepare a 
picnic lunch, or cook a sumptuous evening dinner.  

In season, enjoy grapefruit, star fruit and oranges picked fresh in

Some of the photos below were taken as wide-angle "pan" shots so 
you could see as much of each room as possible.  They may look a 
little distorted. Views include pan shots of the kitchen/dinette, 
the living room and master bedroom.

The house itself offers a heated pool, private dock and a secure 
gated community for evening walks.  Nearby is the beautiful Barefoot 
Beach state Park, and of course the many golf courses, shops and 
restaurants of Naples are only minutes away.

High Season - January, February, March 
- $1600 per week or $6200 per month

Mid Season, November, December, April, May 
- $1200 per week or $4600 per month

Off season - June, July, August, September, Ocotber 
- $800 per week or $3100 per month.

There are sales taxes charged by the State of Florida and Lee County 
on rentals totalling 11 percent.

There is a $125 non-refundable cleaning fee.
