Monthly Rate:
Jan - Apr:     $ 1300.
May - Sep:     $ 1200.
Oct - Dec:     $ 1275.

Weekly Rate:
Jan - Apr:     $ 575. (Race Week & Bike Week:  $ 650.)
May - Sep:     $ 525. (4th of July Week:       $ 600.)
Oct - Dec:     $ 550.


FL State & County Sales Tax:  10% additional (not included in prices 
listed above).

Payment: Rental payment is due two weeks prior to arrival date.
Security Deposit: Security deposit is due at time of booking to confirm your reservation.
WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER.  CALL OUR OFFICE TO INQUIRE HOW TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD.

Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am.

We rent only to families and adults aged 25 and over.
No pets please.
