This large one bedroom gulf-front condo with large private balcony 
has an incredible view overlooking "The World's Most Beautiful 
Beaches."  We would love to have you as our guests in our family 
oriented condo at The Summit.

The Summit located on Thomas drive is a spectacular family beach 
resort and offers extensive amenities to make your vacation relaxing 
and  memorable. Spend the hot days by the two olympic size pools and 
the Florida nights in the hot tub.  For toddlers, there are two separate 
kiddie pools.  Enjoy the poolside Tiki Bar for a delicious tropical 
drink and lunch/dinner at the onsite resturant.  If you don't mind 
to sweat on your vacation then check out Summit's fitness center with 
steam rooms.

Our NO PETS/NON SMOKING condo sleeps up to six with a king size bed in the 
Master Bedroom.   Fall asleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean in 
the queen size sleeper sofa and for the kids we have two built-in 
bunkbeds in the hallway.  Newly renovated.  The condo also features a Washer & Dryer.
Linens are provided but please bring your own beach 
towels.

Phone, Air Conditioning, Cable TV (living room and Master Bedroom) 
with VCR, Full Kitchen including Microwave, Dishwasher, 
Refrigerator, Oven, and cooking utensils included.
Hot Tub (shared), Pools Adult & kiddie(shared), poolside Tiki Bar, Convience store,

Weekly rates include tax & cleaning fees.  Daily rates include tax only, cleaning fee is $70.00
Security Deposit: $300 ($500 Spring Break) Deposit is due immediately upon booking unit.  Returned 
if no damages sustained to property and keys returned. 
Cancellations 46 days or more prior to travel will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 31-45 days will receive a full refund minus the $300-$500 deposit.
Cancellations 30 days or less prior to the travel will receive no refund unless we can rent the unit, 
at which a refund minus $300-$500 will be returned.

Summit charges $10.00 registration.  Spring Break registration is $25.00.  No refunds for early 
departure for any reason. This may change due to Summit rules.  This has nothing to do with the owners fees.
