"What's Ya Hurry?" is a vacation home in a beachside community called 
Carillon Beach. Carillon Beach is on the Florida Gulf, located on 
Lake Powell on the far west side of Panama City Beach.  It 
is five minutes from Rosemary Beach, fifteen minutes from 
Seaside/Grayton Beach and thirty minutes from Destin (Fabulous outlet 
Mall!).  

"What's Ya Hurry" is a three bedroom, two bath home which can easily 
sleep ten people.  Each of the three bedrooms has a queen size bed.  
In addition, the great room has two full size window seat/sleeping 
niches.  The house has a great room with a fireplace and vaulted 
ceilings.  The great room opens to a screened porch which overlooks a 
fenced backyard filled with beach sand. A perfect place for parents 
and kids to hang out. There is a gas grill and outdoor shower just 
off of the screened porch.

Carillon Beach has three swimming pools. One pool is oceanside, one 
overlooks the lake and is heated in the winter.  The third pool is 
directly across from "What's Ya Hurry?" and has a children's pool and 
is adjacent to a park and tennis courts.  The ocean is an easy walk 
down the block (no highways or major roads to cross)!

Downtown Carillon is on the lake and was designed to resemble the 
French Quarter.  It has shops and resturants.  Because Carillon Beach 
is a self-contained, gated community with sidewalks it is great for 
walking and bike riding.  There are multiple golf courses near by 
including the new Camp Creek golf course.  There are many activities 
sponsored by Carillon Beach in their downtown area including 
"Grooving on the Green" when local musicians come and play on the 
grassy area ("the green") adjacent to downtown and the lake. 
There are great resturants near by and Winn Dixie and Publix are 
located directly across the street from Carillon.

Rates are as follows:

March - September $300 per night (minimum 5 nights during March and April)
October - February $200 per night

We are willing to rent for less than 7 days at a time.  If the stay 
scheduled is for 5 days or less, we will require the housekeeper be 
paid directly by the renter.  The housekeepers fee is $100. 

We reserve the right to rent to only guests over 21 and their families and friends, sorry no students.

A 9.5% sales tax must be added to the total rental fee.
