that seats up to eight, living room with a wall unit containing TV, 
stereo, CD player and DVD unit,laundry room off kitchen and a half 
bath. Upstairs has large master, including a sitting area with TV, 
white tiled master bath with soaking tub; two bedrooms and a full 
bath with tub/shower. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. 
Sliding doors from both dining room and living room open to patio 
for outdoor grilling and seating overlooking the croquet field. All 
new furnishings throughout the living and sleeping areas. Decorated 
in warm colors for easy, relaxed and soothing living. Cable television and internet included.

Walk to the PGA Resort or Health and Spa in less than 5 mintues 
where you can relax in the spa's mineral pools, play tennis, 
schedule a personal trainer for a workout routine in the gym, attend 
pilates, yoga or aerobic class.  
Golf club is just 5 minute walk from the Resort Villas to tee off on 
one of the 4 courses surrounding the resort. A 5th course is less 
than 10 minutes away which is one course for the Gateway Grey Goose 
Summer Tour events. 
Gated community provides privacy and quiet 
surroundings.  
Community pool is a few steps away and overlooks the 
first hole of the Haig course. For the walkers, the Haig and Squire 
courses offer two routes to walk.

Florida's pioneers, the Nortom Art Museum and the Kravitz Center for

Low Season - May-September: $3,000 per month, no golf.  $4,000 per 
month includes golf; requires a 4 month minimum rental period.
High Season - October - April: $6,600 per month, no golf. $8,600 per 
month includes golf.
