Our cottage is situated between the Gulf of Mexico and the 
Intercoastal waterway - the 3rd house in from either direction- just 
steps away. Perfect for the beach lover, boater or fisherman - 
something for everyone in your family. 

A private dock just outside your door provides convenient access to 
your own boat or water taxi. There are lanais on three sides of the 
home for relaxing and enjoying spectacular views.

Bright, cheerful decor puts you in the "Island Mood."

Large open, new kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, 
blender and all dishes/utensils.

New tile floors throughout - no sandy carpets!

Also included: gas barbecue grill, washer/dryer, central air/heat, 
TV/VCR with satellite, cassette/CD player. All linens are provided.

Accomodations for 4 adults or 2 adults and three children with one 
queen and one full bed. No pets please and no smoking inside.

We supply all the comforts of home - just bring your food and 
personal items.

Enjoy shelling, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, boating and observing 
the natural wildlife on the Island. 

For the fisherman our cottage provides immediate access to Placida 
Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Superior fishing just seconds away! 

Children and adults alike enjoy collecting fossilized sharks teeth, 
sand dollars and shells on the beach. 
Fantastic sunrises and sunsets are an added bonus!

When you tire of "Paradise" - restaurants, golf, shopping and boat 
charters are available nearby on the mainland.

Transportation to and from the Island is provided by several water-
taxi services. Golf cart rentals are available on the Island for 
extra exploration.
