stunning 8 room home, 3-4 bedrooms, two baths. Classic Florida

to Clearwater and the bridge to Clearwater Beach.

Our home is not only in this charming town, only 1.25 miles from 
Main Street, but also backs directly on the Pinellas Trail, right 
through our rear gate!

Dunedin selected as "Preserve America" city, 10/04. Dunedin has been 
recognized as a Preserve America Community, a White House initiative 
which recognizes cities that protect and celebrate their heritage 
and use their historic assets for economic development and community 
revitalization. Dunedin was one of only 61 chosen, and the 
only one in the Tampa Bay area.

plants, waterfall and aquatic garden, this modern heated pool is the 
perfect place for relaxation, conversation and entertaining any time 
of the year. The surrounding garden (completely fenced for privacy) 
offers additional tropical vistas of palms, hibiscus, ferns, 
oleander and more. The pool is heated and child protected. 
Complimentary solar pool heat is provided year-round, at no extra 
charge!

This home is most comfortably furnished and appointed, with living 
room, den, dining room, kitchen, large laundry room and, in the 
guest wing, two bedrooms and a bath. Central heat and 
airconditioning. 

We're sure you'll agree that the master suite is nothing short of 
FaBuLoUs! Located in its own private wing, double French doors open 
from the spacious and bright bedroom onto a private sitting room 
which overlooks the pool and waterfall; private direct access to the 
pool area, private secluded patio, queen sized bed and private bath 
round out this elegant suite. Sitting room can sleep one person.

One guest room has a double bed, the other a double bed and twin 
bed. There is also a rollaway twin sized bed which may be placed as 
convenient.

atmosphere yet brims with attractions for all ages. A quaint and 
active downtown with plenty of shops, restaurants, antique malls and 
much, much more. Minutes away are Honeymoon and Caladesi Islands, 
boasting one of Florida's "Top Ten" beaches and tons of water- and 
nature-based activities. 

Throughout the year, many festivals and special events will bring 
you to downtown or one of Dunedin's many delightful parks. Of 
course, Dunedin is also the spring training home of the Toronto Blue 
Jays. Summer temperatures average 80 degrees and winter lows average

Recreational activities are right at your fingertip! This home is 
only three short blocks from the Gulf of Mexico; stroll over for the 
great views and fabulous sunsets! It also features direct access, 
through the rear gate, onto the Pinellas Trail, where you may walk 
or bike through 40 miles of scenic Pinellas County, from Tarpon 
Springs to the north, to downtown St. Petersburg to the south. From 
our pool, you are but a few steps away from this wonderful 
recreational resource. Additionally, our street dead-ends 1/2 block 
away, at the entrance to the City's Hammock Park, full of walking 
and nature trails.

From our home, you are 15 minutes from Tarpon Springs with its Greek 
culture and heritage, 15 minutes from famous Clearwater Beach and 
the barrier islands, and 30 minutes to Tampa International Airport 
and downtown St. Petersburg. A short two-hour drive puts you right 
in the middle of Orlando's many attractions.
