The entertainment center is stocked with many videos and DVD’s, puzzles, and games. French doors open 
to 
the balcony – enjoy the sounds of the waves while reading a book or have dinner outside at the table 
and four 
chairs. The bunk room has one built-in bunk bed with two extra long twin mattresses, a TV/VCR and a 
full 
bathroom with tub/shower.

Third floor: Large master suite with hardwood floors has a private balcony for magnificent gulf 
views. This very 
large bedroom features its own stereo, armoire, 2 bedside tables and lamps plus 2 comfortable chairs 
for 
relaxation. The master bath includes dual vanity sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower with gulf 
views. A 
second bedroom with a queen bed includes a TV, armoire and 2 bedside tables with lamps.

Outdoor Areas: Enjoy the warm water outside shower. Take a dip in your own private heated pool 
surrounded

Activities

An off-road paved path parallels all 18.6 miles of Scenic HW 30-A 
and runs along the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf of 
Mexico. This path winds thru nine distinctive beach communities, 
state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail 
is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerblading. 

As well, approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation. 
Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of 
networking trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that 
stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay. 

Other activities include high end shopping, live music and theater 
and a variety of restaurants.
