neighborhood. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed (plus a huge
bath and walk-in closet) with private sliding doors out to the
screened pool area. The design is Florida split, meaning the master is
at one end, the other bedrooms at the other. Bedroom number 2 has a
queen bed and sliders to the
pool, and bedroom number 3 has a queen sofa-bed and sliders to a
secret garden. 

All 3 bedrooms have spacious walk-in closets and are furnished
with bureaus, nightstands, lamps and ceiling fans, clocks, waste
baskets and etc. 

The pool and lanai are fully screened and the house is heated and
air-conditioned throughout.

The home is fully equipped with all amenities including a 
garage, a washer and dryer, vaulted ceilings and skylights. Mature
