Unit is only 30 mins away from both Tampa airport and Clearwater/St.
Petersburg airport. Various shopping malls including Ellenton outlet
mall are within driving distance. Culture hotspots like concert 
halls, museums are conveniently located within a 30 mins car ride. 
And the Tampa aquarium plus Tampa seaport (for your cruise break 
away) are about the same.

Closer by: #1 rated best beach 2005 (North Beach) 5 mins, bikeable 
too. Fort DeSoto State Park, Sunken Gardens, St Petersburg beach and 
St Petersburg down town area, including their huge stadium. Golfers -

For reservation a security deposit of $ 500 is due, the balance is 
due 30 days prior to arrival. Also, both the cleaning fee of $ 70 and 
the 12 % Florida tax will be added to the rental rate.
