located conveniently located near grocery stores, discount stores, auto dealers and clothes. It 
normally takes about 45 minutes or less to get to the Tampa International Airport.  It is less than a 
hour to Busch Gardens, Raymond James Baseball Stadium and more.  You can drive over to  Disney or 
Seaworld or Universal Studios, spend the day and come home that evening.  You can make it a funfilled 
day.

Property Amenities

This is a fully furnished home in a good neighborhood.  The home is furnished with dishes, pots, 
pans, washer and dryer, linens and of course a coffee pot.

Dec.1- April 30. $450 weekly
$500 refundable security deposit
