Pelican Pointe Resort is a newly renovated condo/hotel located steps 
away from beautiful Clearwater Beach and the pristine waters of the 
Gulf of Mexico.
This non-smoking unit is located on the first floor; poolside for 
convenient access to your room.  Inside you will find a nicely 
appointed, fully furnished suite with a queen size bed, queen size 
sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and bathroom.  Suite includes cable tv, 
phone with free local calls, linens, iron and ironing board.  The 
kitchenette includes a mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, and 
microwave. There is free WIFI service for guests (signal orginates 
at the building) Daily maid service is included.  
Pelican Pointe is located within walking distance of many of 
Clearwater Beach's most popular attractions.

Amenities at Pelican Pointe include a heated swimming pool with a 
spacious sundeck complete with deck furnishings; guest laundry 
facilities, Continental Breakfast (2adults) and reserved parking.
