This two year old  villa is located right on the golf course and 
overlooking a pond.  It is in a gated community for people over the 
age of 55. One renter should at least be 55. The home is light and bright with vaulted ceilings.  
The 
floors are tile in the living room and the kitchen.  The bedrooms 
are carpeted.  Each room is tastefully decorated.  There is a 
screened lanai where you can watch the wildlife and birds.  The golf 
course is immediately behind so you will have a great view of the 
golfers as well.  The home is complete with cable television and 
high speed internet connection. 

The homes is completely furnished.  It has a barbeque grill.
  You will only need your golf clubs.

There are 27 holes of golf available.  There are shuffleboard courts 
and tennis.  The pool is magnificent and has a spa.  There is a 
restaurant and a bar in the clubhouse.  Every kind of activity is 
available including pool, bridge, library, exercise room and much 
more.

The rate for April through November is $1450.00 per month. The rate 
for 
December through March is $2200.. This includes 
all utilities and yard maintenance and trash pickup  There is a 
$75.00 fee to join 
the community center (for stays that are more than one month) so that you will have use of the pool, 
spa, 
exercise room, library, pool tables and all other amenities. This 
includes discounted golf.  Taxes 
for this area total 9% per month for rentals that are under six 
months. Cable television and high speed internet are included as 
well.
