on your vacation?  You can be!  Our lovely Beachfront Townhome is 
the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful "Beaches of South Walton" 
and the myriad of activities nearby.  This two-level vacation home 
with covered parking, 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths is nicely decorated 
and comfortably furnished.  We have gorgeous views of the beach and 
Gulf from the main deck or private balcony off the master bedroom.  
From the kitchen window you will see a freshwater lake adjoining the 
property.  This is the perfect place to get away from all - and have 
everything you could want or need nearby!

Air conditioning/heat, cable TV (2), DVD/VCR in living room, VCR in 
master bedroom. Full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, 
ice maker, cooking utensils provided, coffee maker, blender.  Linens 
provided.  1 Queen and 2 full beds, queen sleeper sofa.  Full size 
washer and dryer.  Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, Playmate cooler (9 
can size), charcoal grill (BBQ), picnic table, outside shower.  No 
smoking.  Pet friendly (well behaved dogs 30 lbs. or under accepted 
with pet fee; sorry, no cats, owner is allergic)

Close to Seaside, Grayton Beach and Rosemary Beach and just a short 
drive to either Destin or Panama City Beach.  Beautiful bike trail 
along Highway 30-A (bike rentals nearby). Try excellent golf 
courses, amusement parks, nature trails, sightseeing cruises.  The 
Emerald COast has some of the best shopping you'll ever find and 
fabulous restaurants.  Relax on the beach with a good book, or go 
fishing, swimming, snorkeling, diving, boating, sailing water-
skiing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet-skiing, rafting, kayaking, 
hiking  - enjoy it all!
