Our home away from home, "The ABC Resort"  (The Adamson Beach Club & 
Resort) is "A Little Heaven at Surfside 1007".  Our spectacular 2 
Bedroom Surfside Beach Resort Ocean View Condo,  is on the 10th 
floor 
which provides million dollar views of the emerald green Gulf.

We also have a very spacious 3 bedroom available for rent. 

Our unique angled floor plan provides Gulf views from all rooms.  
This is "Not" your typical shot-gun style floor plan.  All rooms are 
angled and open with glass doors/windows from ceiling to floor.  
Additionally, all rooms open onto a huge 28-foot balcony overlooking 
the pool and beautiful Gulf. Our unit is very open, large, has 9 ft. 
ceilings, and has beautiful new 18" (travertine type) tile floors. 
Unique features of this building include air-conditioned interior 
hallways and enclosed parking.  Surfside Resort provides one of the 
area's most complete array of amenities.  
  
There are two master bedroom suites.    We also have a very spacious 
three bedroom available.   A huge master bedroom with a 
king size bed with Gulf view, beautiful furnishings, TV/VCR, large 
lighted walk-in closet, vanity table, and spacious master bath with 
large glass enclosed shower.  The second master bedroom with Gulf 
view has two double-size beds with beautiful furnishings, TV/VCR, 
closet, and full bath with tub and shower.  

The living room is beautifully decorator furnished and includes an 
entertainment center with TV/VCR and stereo system with CD player.   
The living room sofa opens out into a queen size bed to allow 
comfortable accommodations for eight.  The dining room has a 
mirrored 
wall which creates a very open room that brings in more views of the 
beautiful emerald green Gulf.   

Our fully furnished kitchen includes dishwasher, stove, 
refrigerator, 
microwave, disposal, coffee-maker, blender, electric can opener, 
toaster, plates, glasses, cookware, even a crock pot, utensils, 
bowls, etc.  We have added many personal touches/items.  Your every 
need has been anticipated.  We also have washer/dryer and TV/VCRs in 
the living room and bedrooms. 

There is plenty of storage to get your bags and "things" out of your 
way while you're relaxing. Full linens, towels, etc. are also 
provided.  The huge balcony is completely furnished and accessorized.
 
Surfside's  over-sized pool area includes a large heated pool, two 
hot tubs, a kiddie pool, sauna, showers, shuffle board and plenty of 
lounge chairs to relax and soak up the magnificient Gulf rays. 
Complimentary towel service on pool deck (seasonal).   There is a 
wonderful private walkover from the pool area directly onto the 
sugar-
white sand beach for your added convenience.  We also have lighted 
tennis courts, basketball, shuffle board, a massage therapist, 
covered parking, picnic area with BBQ grills, interior entrance to

On The Beach  where you can watch gorgeous and romantic sunsets 
while 
you sip your afternoon beverage, or you can enjoy watching the

so if you fancy catching some red snapper, flounder, pompano or 
grouper, you can go out for half a day or all day; and guess what????
my brother is a charter captain, "Captain Bill", on the boat "Miss 
Hazel" ; and do they catch Big and Many fish (not just saying that 
because he's my brother of course) they are really a Great and Fun 
boat!!!  I can even coordination your fishing trip !!!!
