"Serenity Now" is located in the East Gulf Beaches area convenient to
everything on the island.  The emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico
and the white sand beaches provide a tranquil get-away from hectic
city life.

This Non-Smoking, two-story, beach house is constructed on concrete
pilings which set the living area high with great views of the Gulf 
of Mexico. You can relax on two eight-foot by thirty-foot porches on
wicker chairs and sofas and enjoy great views of the Gulf of Mexico
and sunsets or take a relaxing dip in the pool (heated in cooler
weather). There is easy access to the beach which is about one block 
away.

The top level contains a large great room with comfortable seating, a
32 inch color TV,DVD + VCR and access to a porch. The dining area
seats eight comfortably and overlooks the Gulf. The kitchen with new
beautiful granite countertops is fully-equipped with GE and Whirlpool
appliances (stove, microwave, appliances as well as a breakfast bar.
Apalachicola Bay is visible from the north kitchen window. A tiled
half bath is on this level.

The middle level has three bedrooms and two fully tiled baths with
tubs and showers. In the master bedroom you'll find a king-size bed,
color TV, access to the lower porch, and a private bath. One guest
room has a queen bed and a TV, and the other sleeps four in bunkbeds
and a daybed with a trundle. There is comfortable sleeping for eight.
A full bath is shared. A washer and dryer are on the sleeping level.

The 12' x 28' pool is enclosed for privacy and is tucked behind
windswept oaks. It has an in-ground grill for cookouts by the pool.
And there is a poolside shower. Internet access is available for a
nominal cost. Guest storage is available for bikes and beach
paraphernalia. We ask that you treat our home and furnishings with
respect.
