"Kinja Kool"was built in 2002 but was not put on the rental market
until mid-2004. It is located in the small gated community (currently
only four residences, never to exceed seven) of Kinja Bay in the East
Gulf Beaches area. It is a bayfront property that has a good view of
the Gulf of Mexico. The emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the
white sand beaches provide a tranquil get-away from hectic city life.

St George Island is accessed by a new 4.3 mile bridge. The island
maintains a laid-back atmosphere where there are no high-rises and no
fast food restaurants. The large, two-story home offers wonderful bay
views and stunning sunsets from the dock. The house has four large
porches, two facing the bay and two facing the Gulf of Mexico. The
upper porch facing the bay is fully screened and furnished allowing
for evenings of eating and entertainment.  You can relax in the Bay's
pool which is heated from March through November or enjoy the beaches
just minutes away. 

This five bedroom, four bath home easily accommodates ten people. The
top level boasts of a comfortable living room with a fireplace, large
TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo system. The spacious kitchen with solid
countertops contains all the amenities of home. The dining table
accommodates six and the generous counters will seat an additional
seven. One bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath are also on this
level.

On the middle level are four bedrooms - two masters with king beds 
and
private baths, one bedroom with a queen and one with twin beds. These
two bedrooms share a full bath. A washer and dryer are on this level.
All bedrooms are furnished with 20 inch wall TVs with built-in DVD
players. 

On the ground level you will find an outdoor shower, an in-ground
grill for cookouts, a fish cleaning station, and a covered parking
space for two cars. There is a dedicated boat slip at the end of the
pier for use by renters. 

The house contains an inside elevator installed in December 2004.
Internet access is available for a nominal fee.
