the beautiful Vista Verde North complex. The balcony overlooks the 
scenic 12th-hole of the golf course of Isla Del Sol’s Yacht & 
Country Club.  Isla Del Sol is a 350-acre Island paradise nestled 
between The Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay at the southwestern most 
tip of St. Petersburg.

This 2nd floor condo offers 1050 square feet of sunny and bright 
living space with cathedral ceilings, every comfort including a 
covered private balcony, spacious living and dining room, as well as 
seating for 4 in the extra large kitchen. Both the master and guest 
bedrooms have walk-in closets and private bathrooms. The master 
bedroom is designed as a private suite overlooking the golf course. 


Assigned parking is conveniently located directly in front of the 
condo. Vista Verde North’s private heated pool and hot tub are 
located just steps from your door. This secluded and relaxing oasis 
is said to be the most beautifully landscaped pool area in all of 
Isla!

We are minutes from the majestic Don CeSar Hotel, St. Pete Beach and

Loads of shopping is available at Baywalk and The Pier of downtown 
St. Petersburg, just across the Skyway Bridge at Ellington Mall, and 
all the way up and down the “Gulf Strand” from Pass-A-Grill to 
Treasure Island, John’s Pass, Indian Shores, Clearwater Beach, and 
others. 

We are a 10 minute drive to downtown St. Petersburg. There you can 
shop/dine at Baywalk, The Pier and many other venues. There you can 
also visit the world-famous Dali Museum or catch a Devil Rays game 
at Tropicana Field.

You can be to Tampa in 30 minutes, 40 Minutes to Bush Gardens, 
shopping in Sarasota in 50 minutes, and to Orlando’s Disney World in 
1½ to 2 hours. 

You’ll be staying at a very desirable up-scale resort community just 
outside St. Pete Beach.  Everything you need is a short drive away: 
grocery stores, restaurants, nightclubs, gas stations, drug stores, 
liquor stores, dry cleaners, department stores, and an internet café 
etc.  Conveniently located near both Tampa International and St. 
Petersburg/Clearwater airports.
