many nature trails, and access to scenic Pellicer Creek--excellent 
for kayaking/canoeing and fishing. Only 5 scenic (good bicycling!)
miles to the beach and great paved cycling/walking/skating nature
trails complete with picnic tables! Only 4 miles to a wide paved 
trail along the Intracoastal waterway.  

* 7 miles to Bings Landing for easy, convenient boat launching on
Intracoastal and Long Creek conservation area, a designated canoe
trail through a many-acre, pristine preserve.
