SECURITY DEPOSIT - $500.00 deposit, refundable after unit has been 
inspected for damage.

RENTAL DEPOSIT- Half of rental at time of booking-Balance due 4 
weeks prior to arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY :Rental deposit is 
refundable 6 months prior to arrival date, less a $75.00 
cancellation fee. If you should cancel during the period 6 month 
prior to arrival we will refund rental deposit, less fee ONLY IF we 
are able to rent the unit for the month or months that were reserved!
