located at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, a 2480 acre 5 STAR gated 
community filled with beautiful beaches, quaint shops and gorgeous 
landscape. We are only a 6 minute walk or one minute drive to the 
the best beach in Florida.  Sandestin is 9 miles east of Destin, 
Florida between Panama City Beach and Fort Walton Beach in the 
Panhandle.

Sandestin Amenities Card Exclusively offers the following privileges:

1.  It allows you access to the resort transportation system (Tram), 
which will take you ANYWHERE in the 2500 acre resort; this is only a 
phone call away and there are numerous public phones around the 
resort to access this service.
2. This card most importantly gives you access to the Finz 
Beachfront Pool (where there is live entertainment daily in the 
summer).  Without this card, no restroom facilities at the beach are 
available.
3. It also provides the capability of the following rentals 
(otherwise, these are Not available in Sandestin without card):  
Kayaks, Boogie Boards, Waverunners, Sailboats, Parasailing, 
Pontoons, Fishing poles, Bike Rentals, Kidzone Program and Child's 
evening Out, Eurobungy, Rock Wall, Segway, Putt-Putt, Tennis, and 
Fitness Center.
4. 24 hour concierge service is included.
5. Private Movie Theater in Sandestin with FREE movies 3 times each 
evening (including kids movies.)

      
NOTE:  Without this card, NONE of the above is available to you, so 
be careful what you rent in Sandestin.  It provides an exceptionally 
complete vacation experience. After having rented our unit for 4 
years now, the request for this card has become overwhelming but 
quite costly to add it.  It CANNOT be purchased ANYWHERE on 
Sandestin Grounds except through the owners’ option.  We are SURE, 
however, that this will give our renters a more inclusive and 
fulfilling vacation.  Hopefully, you will take advantage of this 
fabulous COMPLETE vacation experience with us.

2. A beautiful lake witin 30 feet of the unit, stocked with bass and 
other species of fish (no license required).
3. Our Beachwalk pool is located a two minute walk away across a 
scenic wooden bridge.
4.  Also use the beautiful Beachfront Pool at Finz with your new
amenities card.  This pool includes live entertainment in season.
5.  Two swimming pool facilities – Across from Linkside Village 
on Audubon Drive and on the corner of Baytowne Village Drive and
Baytowne Ave. 
6. Sandestin Marketplace with 30 delightful shops is a five minute 
walk.
6. Our fabulous beach is a 6 minute walk and has been voted 
repeatedly, as one of the prettiest on the Emerald Coast.
7. Cable service to four TV's, 1 DVD player and 3 VCRs.
8. Full size washer/dryer on first floor.
9.  Two kings, 2 twins, 1 dbl sleeper.

1.  Golf - There are 25 golf courses within a 30 minute drive. There 
are four championship courses at the award-winning Sandestin Golf 
and Beach Resort.
2.  Tram Service - Take the Tram Anywhere in Sandestin with your 
amenities card.
3.  Tennis, Bikes, and Health Club - for use with Amenities Card.
4.  Shopping - Silver Sands Outlet Mall is 1 mile away.  The Market 
Shoppes at Sandestin with upscale shopping is a 5 minute walk away.
Baytowne Marina in Sandestin is a short 3 minute drive.
5.  Fishing - out our back door...full of bass, eel, turtles, blue 
gill, etc. (no license required)
6.  Water sports available in Sandestin with your Amenities card.
7.  Beach is full of sunshine and clear emerald water and sandy 
beaches.  Rent Chairs and get free boogie boards/canoes daily with 
amenities card.
8.  Various other attractions include:  Gulfarium in Ft. Walton, Big 
Kahuna Water PArk in Destin, and the National Museum of Naval 
Aviation.

WITHOUT THE AMENITY CARDS, you cannot use the TRAM OR the
FINZ beachfront pool or the Sunset Bay Pool.  As well, ONLY WITH
the amenity card, you will have access to BEACH RENTALS, BIKE RENTALS,
TENNIS, HEALTH CLUB, WATERSPORTS, boogie boards, wave runners, 
sailboats, parasailing, pontoon boats, kidsclub, eurobungy, putt-putt,
rock climbing wall, and waterslide.  This card entitles you to the best parts 
of your  vacation at Sandestin! 

NOTE:  All rentals include beach chairs, coolers,4 bikes, clng fee, 
WIFI Internet,and Amenity Cards!!!  Rentals go from 3pm day of arrival until 10am 
day of check-out.  11% tax is added to all rentals.
