Low Season 'Golf Scoop' $50 admin for 2 people + golf cart hire
High Season 'Golf Scoop' $50 admin then $50 for each period of 7 days, maximum 2 + golf cart hire
people.  There is a $110 charge which contributes towards the cost of the final clean and BBQ 
usage.  The refundable security deposit is $250.00

Rates include tax as long as the booking is for 7 nights or more.  Special rates apply for parties 
of up to 6 people and where only a maximum of 3 bedrooms are used.  Please ask for details.  We 
provide cribs, highchairs and children's life vests free of charge subject to availability. We also 
offer a baby sitting service and your groceries can be purchased prior to your arrival and put away 
in your home.
