canal and private boat dock with lift.  The large kitchen is fully 
equipped.  The dining area seats six, with additional seating for 
three around the breakfast-bar.  
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, TV and master bath with 
two vanities and tub/shower combination.  The second bedroom (with 
two twin sized beds) and the third bedroom (with a two twin bed 
daybed) share a bath with shower.  The third bedroom also has a 
computer desk and TV.

The home has high speed internet access and cable TV.

There is a double car garage with washer and dryer in the laundry 
area.

The house comfortably sleeps up to six people in air conditioned 
comfort.

Numerous golf courses are nearby and this is one of the best areas 
in Florida for fishing.  Rent a boat and explore the miles of 
canals, Charlotte Harbor, the Gulf and its many islands.  Bike or 
walk to the Fishermen’s Village Complex which offers both fine and 
casual dining, boutiques, boat rentals, and musical entertainment.  
Shopping Malls and supermarkets are within a few minutes drive.

Punta Gorda and Charlotte Harbor have fine beach areas and parks with pool and tennis courts.  The 
exceptional beaches of Boca Grande are nearby.
