Our beautiful Floridian Home is now available for rental.  Completed 
in January 2006, our villa is located on the prestigious new, gated 
community of Tower Lake - Calabay Parc's second community.

Our home is located less than 20 minutes from the gates of Disney 
and 
within easy reach of other major Orlando attractions - Sea World, 
Universal Studio's.  We are just 2 minutes away from Southern Dunes 
Golf and Country Club and within minutes of the world famous 
Championsgate Golf Club.

Our villa is located south on US27 and is less than 5 minutes from 
Interstate 4.  It comfortably sleeps 10-12 people and is the perfect 
place for one or more families to relax and enjoy all that Orlando 
has to offer.

Downstairs

Lounge/Dining Room
The spacious lounge has cable TV with Patio Doors leading out to the 
Pool/Spa area and the formal dining room has a large table and 
chairs.

Kitchen/Galley/Breakfast Room
The fully equiped spacious kitchen (complete with large 
refridgerator, dishwasher, range, microwave) is complimented by both 
a breakfast bar and separate dining area - great for your early 
morning starts before you hit the parks.

Den
Close the door to enjoy quiet evenings away from it all in our 
beautifully furnished den complete with cable TV (this room is also 
ideal as a 6th bedroom).

Master Bedroom 1
This spacious bedroom comes with a king size sleigh bed and matching 
chest, mirror and night tables.  It has a large walk-in closet and 
cable TV.  The beautiful ensuite bathroom has corner bath, his and 
hers sinks with vanity units with a separate large shower area.

Master Bedroom 2
A large airy room, beautifully furnished with queen size bed, chest, 
mirror, night tables and build in wardrobe.  Ensuite bathroom 
featuring bath, integral shower and sink with vanity unit.

Utility Room has washer and dryer leading on the large double garage.

Upstairs

The staircase opens to a large loft/landing area leading to:

Master Bedroom 3
A light and airy room furnished with queen size bed, chest, mirror 
and night tables.  A dressing area with wardrobes leads to an 
ensuite 
bathroom with separate shower, sink and vanity unit.

Bedrooms 4 & 5
Both rooms are furnished with twin beds, chest, night stands and 
fitted robes.

Family Bathroom
Comprising of bath, integral shower, sink and vanity unit.

Outside
A large fully screened, south facing, extended pool area complete 
with jacuzzi/spa.  The L-shaped pool and jacuzzi are both heated.

The pool area is complete with patio furniture, sun-loungers, safety 
fence and pool bathroom.

Low Season: April 2008 to 30 June 2008, 1 October to 19th December 2008, 4 January to 4 April 2009, 
19th April to 30 June 2009 and 1 October to 19 December 2009 = £550/$1075

High Season: July 2008 to 30th September 2008 and 2009 = £600/$11700 per week

All Festive Seasons, ie Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year 
= £650/$1270 per week.

Pool heat is recommended between October and April and our rate is 
£105/$210 per week

Rates include all local taxes and utilities.  For bookings of 5 
nights or less, please add £55/$100 per stay.

A non-refundable booking deposit of £150/$300 will hold your booking.

A security deposit of £150/$300 along with the remaining outstanding 
balance will be required 8 weeks prior to your arrival.  The 
security deposit will be returned within 21 days of 
departure if no damage or loss has been reported (this will be 
determined by our management company and cleaning services).
