a private marina and heated pool. Tennis Courts, Basketball Court 
and Picnic Areas beckon you to visit as you explore our 14 acres of 
lush grounds. Relax at the Point as you watch boats cruise the Inter-
Coastal Waterway. Dolphins and Manatees are not uncommon sights to 
see frolicking off shore.

Eat breakfast on our lanai as you gaze over the glistening waters of 
the marina. Later walk a few short steps to Crescent Beach where you 
will have private access to a beach with sands like no other.

The powdery texture will caress your feet as you stroll along the 
Gulf of Mexico.

Our two bedroom condominium features a master bedroom with a king 
sized bed. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed. A sofa bed  
is in the living room.

We have a kitchen fully stocked with modern appliances for those who 
like to eat at home. Restaurants and shopping are within easy 
walking distance or take a short drive to Siesta Key Village, a 
vibrant place where you will find everything from shopping to great 
places to eat.
