This is a very nice family condo setting, large lawn area for kids, we have our own private swimming hole that 
you'll probably share with the resident manatees. You can dock your boat or launch your kayak or canoe from 
our docks, or relax on the balcony and watch the sun set. you want be disapointed. Sorry but our guest are not 
allowed to have pets.

Our Condo is a 1 bedroom 1 bath fully furnished unit that includes, all utilities, A/C,  cable TV, full kitchen, color 
TV, pull out sofa, bedroom and bathroom linens, queen size bed, washer and dryer, covered parking area, boat 
trailer parking.

Our condo is centrally located within wallking distance to downtown Crystal River, post office, restaurants, 
stores, and public boat ramp.

Yes its true, we have a real tiki hut for our owners and guest to swap fishing stories in. If you don't have any 
stories just relax with a cool drink while your steak is cooking on the grill, watch a game on TV or listen to a little 
Jimmy Buffet on our stero. Just rember your on VACATION.

IF you and your family love to be around and on the water, Fishing, canoeing, kayaking, snorkel, scuba dive, 
water ski, scalloping (July thru Sept.) then lets go. I'm here now waiting on your call.

Monthly rates $1600.00 (includes one half day guided fishing trip, one half day back country air boat tour, and 
one half day manatee tour with USCG Licensed Guide and coast guard approved boats and safety equipment.)

Two weeks rate $1100.00 (includes one half day back country air boat tour and one half day manatee tour with 
USCG Licensed Guide and coast guard approved boats and safety equipment.)

One week rate $795.00 (includes one half day manatee tour with USCG Licensed Guide and coat guard aproved 
boat and safety equipment.)

Maxium 4 adults or 2 adults with 2 children.
