replaced this year.Screened lani overlooks the gulf. Full kitchen 
with stove refrigerator microwave and dishwasher. Cable tv in living 
area and master BR. CD player. Outside gas grill.

Wireless internet will be available January 1, 2007. 

Beach Villas are located at south end of resort and within walking 
distance of shoppping and restaurants in Captiva. Can also walk to 
local grocery and convenience stores and marinas.Sanibel restaurants 
and shopping are about nine miles away.The Ding Darling nature 
preserve is off Sanibel Captiva road just seven miles from South Seas

The Captiva beach has just gone through major beach renourishment 
and is wide and expansive. Tennis courts are directly behind the 
building. This area has outstanding inshore and offshore fishing. 
Guides are available at SS marina and at Jensens Marina. May-Sept 
offers excellent snook fishing right off the beach. Nature 
activities,canoe rentals at Tarpon Bay next to the Ding Darling.
