Villa Sunshine has a living space of 2150 square feet with a lanai 
area of 1200 square feet facing south. This lovely air conditioned 
three bedroom/ two bath home was built in 1988 and remodeled in 2002 
and sits on a beautifully landscaped lot with tropical trees, 
situated on a salt water canal with direct access to the Gulf of 
Mexico.  Shopping and restaurants are close.

You will spend most of your time in the screened pool area complete 
with deck chairs, dining table, and electric grill or in the 
beautiful 15’ x 29’ heated pool. 

The Living Room with high ceilings has two sofas and three chairs, 
27” TV equipped with cable, DVD and stereo system.

Kitchen is completely equipped and will satisfy all your needs:
Stove/oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster
The kitchen area has a breakfast corner that seats 6, with 4 stools 
at the counter.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with private bath.  Bedroom 
2 has a full sized bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin sized beds.

There are plenty of bed linens, towels, a hair dryer, washer and 
dryer, iron and ironing board as well as a vacuum.

It goes without saying that a double garage with remote control 
belong to the basics of this house.   

It is almost an unforgettable experience when you travel with the 
boat through the canals encircled with tropical plants and will 
reach the Gulf of Mexico, which will bring you to the many beautiful 
islands with its gorgeous beaches. 

The world-renown romantic Sanibel Island, Estero Beach and Captiva 
Island with its beautiful sand and many more islands are within a 
short time's reach both by boat and by car. 

There is a Casino Boat Cruise that leaves daily from Ft. Meyers 
Beach and if you like there is a daily cruise to Key West.

Weekly from $975 to $1150 
Monthly from $3500 to $3800

Off-Season Rates: 
Weekly from $700 to $1050
Monthly from $2300 to $3500 

Plus 11% Florida Sales & Use Tax
Plus $150 final cleaning fee.

There is a refundable security deposit of $300 less electric used.

A fee of 2.9% will be applied for US payments and 3.9% for 
International payments made by credit card through Paypal.
