Seagrass, a lovingly cared for beach house in the gated neighborhood 
of Carillon Beach, is directly across from Bellview Park with one of 
three neighborhood pools, toddler pool, tennis, basketball, 
playground, and beautifully landscaped park.  A shaded promenade 
leads to the town center with shops, restaurants, and chapel.  A 
short one-block walk down private streets leads to the unique dune 
crossovers and the peaceful, sugar white sandy beach and clear, 
emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  You will find our beach is 
uncrowded, even during peak holiday seasons.  This home is perfectly 
suited for up to 10 guests, and the separate master bedroom suites 
are ideal for families of couples travelling together.

The main floor features and elegant master bedroom with TV, VCR, 
full bath with romantic claw foot tub and separate shower.  A second 
bedroom features twin beds, full bath, TV/ VCR.  The kid- popular 
third bedroom features four bunks!  A well equiped kitchen opens to 
the dining room, and the fireside living room features stereo, TV, 
VCR, and DVD player.  A large selection of books to fill your lazy 
afternoons on the wrap around front porch.  The large screen porch 
adds outdoor living and dining opportunities.  A full size washer 
dryer, and gas grill are provided.  Upstairs, the second master 
bedroom offers a queen size bed, separate sitting room, large walkin 
closet, TV, VCR, private verandah, and full bath with tub and 
separate shower. 

Carillon Beach has been designed in the model of a traditional 
neighborhood developemtn, where everything is located within a five 
minute walk.  Short, comfortable walks down private streets and 
promenades leads the visitor from their comfortable front porch to 
the neighborhood center shops and restaurants, three pools each with 
a different character, and the beautiful beach.  Directly across the 
street from Seagrass, Bellview Park offers pool, playground, and 
tennis courts.  A short drive and you are enjoying the shops and 
restaurants of nearby Seaside and Rosemary Beach.
