Our new, totally renovated, remodeled and redecorated beach home is 
located in Indian Rocks Beach in an intimate complex of only 7 other 
homes. Our Island Retreat home is a wonderful, light and bright one 
bedroom,  one bath beach home that sleeps 4.  The bedroom has a king 
size bed.  The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa.  The kitchen 
is bright and airy with a direct view of the Gulf making this your 
favorite beach retreat.  This first floor beach level home has a 
very 
spacious deck off the living area offering beautiful beach views 
complete with table and chairs and grill for your cooking and dining 
pleasure.  You will enjoy your morning coffee and watch the beach 
come to life or in the evening you will love our spectacular sunsets 
over the Gulf of Mexico.  These same great views are yours from your 
relaxing living and dining area.  Tables and chairs are also 
available for your enjoyment on the beachfront patio, and from there 
you take a step off directly onto the white sandy beach.

Indian Rocks Beach is a beautiful and charming beach community with 
quaint little shops and great local restaurants.  It offers upscale 
dining as well as local mom and pop restaurants.  It’s close to all 
activities and culture.  For the activity minded, there is 
parasailing, miniature golf, shopping, shelling, jet skis, scuba 
diving, deep-sea fishing, boating, dinner and gambling cruises, and 
much more within minutes.  There are also terrific museums and 
theaters, or just long peaceful walks on the beach enjoying 
spectacular sunsets with the white sand between your toes.

Amenities:  cable TV, VCR, DVD, stereo/CD player.  Full kitchen with 
dishes, cookware, utensils, microwave, refrigerator, ice 
maker, range, toaster, coffeemaker.  All linens provided.  Washer 
and 
dryer in the home.  Ceiling fans.  No Smoking.  Sorry, no pets.
