A security deposit of $750.00 is due when booking, the rent is 
due 60 days prior to occupancy.  If you are booking for more than 
one month the remaining months rent are due no later than 5 days 
prior to the next month.

Cancellations (full or partial) made between 60 and 30 days of 
arrival will forfeit the deposit.  Cancellations made less than 30 
days will not be entitled to any refund unless another renter can be 
booked for that time.  We will make a reasonable effort to find a 
replacement.  All advertising expenses will be deducted from your 
security deposit.  

The security deposit less a cleaning fee of $65.00 will be returned 
after check-out and cleaning.

A $50.00 fee payable to "The Villages" is required no later than 30 
days prior to arrival in order to obtain Renter's passes.

No pets or smoking are allowed.
