Only minutes away from world class flats fishing and excellent off shore fishing, our cracker style vacation home 
is located in Suwannee, Florida on a fresh water canal at the mouth of the Suwannee River with close access to 
The National Wildlife Refuge.  This is a fishing paradise.  You can choose to fish fresh water for large mouth 
bass, catfish, mullet and brim, or salt water flats fishing and other varieties.  Right outside our back door is a 
private boat dock on a deep water canal with water frontage of 170 feet.  
This quaint cracker style home features two private bedrooms with an addtional porch sleeping area hosting a 
day bed sleeper.  Additional sleeping is also available upon request.  With all, the sleeping capacity this home 
can accomodate is 6 plus.  There is also a nice livingroom with a fireplace and good size diningroom area, a 
kitchen and a laundry room.  In addition, there is a lovely porch area overlooking the water to provide additional 
entertaining room or privacy. 
The home is fully stocked with TV and air-conditioning. 

2 Bedroom.... 1 Queen,  2 Twins and 1 Queen daybed, additional sleeping available. 

Full Kitchen...including dishes, cookware, microwave, coffee maker, cooking appliances, linens, towels, air 
conditioning and TV.

Private dock with good docking and parking area. The boat launch is 2 minutes away.

The general store, "Canals Waterfront Market"  provides snacks, beer, wine, ice and tackle and Salt Creek 
Shellfish Company Restaurant on the water, will cook up your catch or provide a fine meal, both are within 
walking distance.  Miller's Marina provides houseboat rentals if you care to cruise one of the most unspoiled 
rivers in America "The Suwannee River".  Also the fine and helpful folks at Suwannee River Realty, are available 
to rent golf carts and kayaks for your enjoyment.

Flats fishing, off shore fishing, fresh water fishing (including large mouth bass), boating, kayaking, jet skiing, 
scalloping, snorkeling, water skiing, nature hiking, bird watching, fresh water springs less than one hours drive, 
and historic Cedar Key Florida, is a short 30 minute boat trip. Fishing charters, golf cart and kayak rentals are 
also available.

Monthly rates:  Reserve 3 Consecutive weeks get 4th consecutive week free.
Rates are based on up to 5 persons occupancy.  There will be a 10.00 per person per day additional fee for 
each person over the 5-person limit.
A 75.00 cleaning fee and 200.00 refundable security deposit are required with each stay.
